Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Manager to lead and oversee our real estate operations, focusing on land sales, property sales & lettings, coordinating physical allocations of estate lands and general real operations management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our real estate transactions, liaising with the surveying team to ensure timely physical allocation of lands to our esteem clients.
Coordinating with the legal team to ensure timely processing of client documents, collaborating with sales consultants and in house sales forces to drive sales, and managing the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Land and Property Sales Management:
Supervise and manage the sales of land and houses, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Land Allocation Coordination:
Manage and coordinate the physical allocation of land to clients.
Work closely with surveyors and field teams to ensure accurate and timely land allocation.
Maintain accurate records of land allocations and client information.
Legal Liaison:
Collaborate with the legal team to facilitate the timely processing of client documents, including contracts, titles, and other legal paperwork.
Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal regulations and company policies.
Address any legal issues that may arise during the sales process.
Sales Team Collaboration:
Work closely with sales consultants to provide guidance, support, and training to improve sales performance.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales consultants.
Office Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Manage office resources, including staff, budgets, and supplies.
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain order and efficiency.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and ensure their needs are met.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, land allocations, and office operations for senior management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, land management, or a related area.
Proven track record in sales and physical land allocation management.
Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with legal teams on real estate transactions.
Experience working with surveying teams on physical allocations of Estate landed properties.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
