About the  Job

• We are searching for a highly reliable and confident Procurement Officers to join our team of professionals.
• The Procurement Officer will be tasked with dealing with various contractors and vendors, negotiations as well as building lasting relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers.
• Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Review all venders and suppliers.
• Maintain purchase records and other important data.
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

Requirements

• 10years of relevant experience as a procurement officer in construction company.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize on construction site.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong knowledge of the construction market.
• Sound knowledge of construction and sustainable practices.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience of managing projects from inception to completion
• Exceptional numeracy & financial management skills
• Up to date with current residential building regulations
• Great networking abilities.
