Work days: Six-day work week with Sundays off.

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and professional Domestic Chef to join a private residence in Oluyole, Ibadan.
• The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in preparing both local and continental dishes, as well as a variety of pastries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following the household's dietary preferences.
• Create diverse and innovative menus featuring local and international cuisines.
• Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety are maintained.
• Handle kitchen inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available.
• Cater for special events and occasions as required.
• Collaborate with the household staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional chef, preferably in a domestic setting.
• Expertise in both local (Nigerian) and continental dishes.
• Proficiency in baking and pastry-making.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Salary & Benefits

• N120,000 - N180,000 monthly.
