We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Office

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and organizational abilities to manage the front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception and Greeting: Welcome visitors, clients, and employees, and handle inquiries.
  • Computer Operations: Proficiently use software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Canvas, Graphics and database management systems.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and update data, maintain records, and generate reports.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and events using digital calendars.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date files, both physical and digital.
  • Security and Access Control: Monitor and manage building access, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance to other departments, such as HR, finance, and operations.
  • Assist Customer Service Teams: Give support to customer service team of various sections anytime customers is around.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Requirements
Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic technical knowledge of computer.

Work Environment:

  • Typically works in an office setting, seated at a front desk or reception area
  • May require occasional standing, walking, or lifting
  • Must be comfortable with frequent phone calls, emails, and visitor interactions.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
