Job Title: Electrical Engineer / Electrical Technician

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery., checking, servicing of factory machinery and utilities
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles, safety protocols, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Operating factory equipment, utilities and infrastructure.
• Ensuring that all company machineries and equipment are in good and proper conditions under current Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure to install wiring of power supply and conduct newly installed equipment /machines and operate utilities.
• Control Electrical maintenance tools.
• Maintain an understanding of the principles of GMP as applied to equipment.
• Ensure all plant machineries and equipment is in good and proper conditions.
• Conduct in-depth electrical maintenance and instrumentation for troubleshooting, preventative and repair maintenance duties for plant utility, process and packaging equipment to reduce down time to barest minimum.
• Inspect periodically electrical equipment to assure it is operating correctly.
• Design maintenance procedures and methods.
• Resolve and rectify problems correctly prior to breakdowns occurrence.
• Diagnose break down problems in conjunction with contract engineering services in case it gets out of control.
• Fix new parts and ensure equipment works properly in conjunction with contract engineering services if required.
• Work with clients, other engineering and production staff.
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs and report appropriately to the Plant Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policy.
• Obtaining special components, fixtures or fittings for Equipment.
• Ensures all maintenance tasks are executed using the appropriate safety standards and are compliant with policies, regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing Industry.
• Health and Safety qualification/certificate
