Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.
• The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for sustainability and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations, including waste collection, transportation, and disposal processes.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waste management team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.
• Support the development and execution of operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships, addressing any issues and ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Assist in budget preparation, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and assist in the expansion of company services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in waste management, environmental services, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant waste management software.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
