The ideal candidate requires proven skills, knowledge and experience in marketing online courses on the Udemy platform to significantly increase sales on each of our online courses, increase the number of excellent ratings and feedback.
An effective blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to effectively leverage digital marketing channels and optimize campaign performance will be needed.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies tailored to Udemy and other relevant E-Learning platforms, aligning with business objectives and target audience demographics.
Content Creation for Udemy and other E-Learning platforms: Generate engaging and compelling content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, website copy, and course descriptions, to attract and retain students' interests.
Digital Advertising for Udemy and other platforms: Plan and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels to increase course visibility and drive traffic to Udemy course pages.
SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve course discoverability and search rankings on Udemy and other platforms. Utilize search engine marketing (SEM) tactics to attract qualified leads and increase course enrolments.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to engage with the audience, foster community interaction, and drive traffic to Udemy courses and other platforms.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote course offerings, and encourage enrolments, leveraging segmentation and personalization strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, industry experts, educational institutions, and relevant organizations to expand reach, enhance credibility, and promote courses to a broader audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics. Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and implement targeted communication strategies to nurture prospects throughout the customer journey.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for course development and marketing innovation, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing on Udemy, with a focus on promoting online courses.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and techniques, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Udemy's instructor tools.
Proficient computer skills with a good grasp of SEO and graphic design applications; working knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Asana are desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content for various channels and audiences.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
Creative thinker with a passion for education, continuous learning, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
