Job Title: Web Designer / Developer

The Opportunity

• We are seeking a talented Web Designer/Developer to join our dynamic team. With experience in delivering high-functioning digital solutions, specializing in user-centered design, web design, graphic design, and web development.
• As a Web Designer/Developer, you will play a key role in our design and development team, working across multiple products to deliver high-quality design and development solutions, you will also take responsibility for the ongoing development of our website and graphic design sub-unit.
• This position is ideal for a creative individual with a strong background in storytelling, design thinking, user research, and front-end development.

Your Role

• Collaborate with across units to deliver design and development projects, including websites, dashboards, and digital products.
• Lead the design and concept development for visual projects, such as events branding, online campaigns, and external communication materials.
• Develop and maintain website using tools like WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Design high-fidelity web and mobile interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Webflow.
• Manage and execute social media and digital transformation initiatives, delivering design assets for various marketing campaigns.
• Conduct user research, product research, and customer experience analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create editorial designs, including covers, newsletters, magazines, brochures, and concept notes.

Your Profile

• Certificate or Higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Webflow.
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and information architecture design.
• Experience in managing design projects, from concept to delivery, working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
