Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Back-End Engineer skilled in NET technology.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing functional programs that meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that systems, software, and applications delivered to customers and project teams are developed to meet quality standards, delivered on schedule, and aligned with company standards.
• Ensure all systems, software, and applications are thoroughly tested, documented, and approved for release.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and address them promptly.
• Respond to user-reported errors in a timely manner.
• Report on metrics related to system usage and performance.
• Coordinate data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Regularly collaborate with IT project managers and database programmers.
• Work closely with team members to determine best practices and software requirements.
• Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds company needs.
• Maintain software professionally, including regular updates to address customer and company needs.
• Troubleshoot coding issues quickly and efficiently to maintain productivity.
• Actively seek opportunities to improve software processes and interactions.
• Support and coach other team members to ensure proficiency in using software applications.
• Collaborate with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
• Write clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by top management.
