Job Title: Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Ikoyi or Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Description

• We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail.
• They will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our construction projects from start to finish and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with design and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily site reports, material usage, and labor costs.
• Resolve any on-site issues or disputes that may arise during construction.
• Ensure that health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly adhered to on site.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the site team and subcontractors.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction/residential building processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be available for an immediate start.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly (based on years of relevant experience).
