Job Description

• As a Community Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing our community of women entrepreneurs. This role requires a blend of digital marketing, community management, event planning, and partnership development skills. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to grow our community, engage members, and develop partnerships that enhance our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Community management to foster a vibrant and inclusive community of women entrepreneurs by engaging with members, addressing their needs, and promoting active participation.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones. Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to amplify our message.
• Organize and host virtual and in-person events that bring the community together, provide value, and drive engagement.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations, influencers, and brands that align with our mission and can contribute to the growth of our community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with our audience and promotes our community initiatives.
• Monitor community growth and engagement metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in community management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably female in women’s empowerment sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse community.
• Experience in event planning and management.
• Passionate about women’s empowerment and financial inclusion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to community building.
