We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Kaduna and Kano
Industry: Oil & Gas

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in LNG, LPG, CNG sales and extensive expertise in the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the entire sales process, including contract management, logistics coordination, and payment collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers in the Nigerian LNG market.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular calls, meetings, and site visits.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to customer locations to assess needs, ensure service quality, and address any concerns.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through in-person interactions.
  • Lead the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contract proposals.
  • Ensure contracts are structured to meet both customer needs and company objectives, with a focus on profitability and risk management.
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues that arise during execution.
  • Oversee and manage daily nominations to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that nominations align with customer requirements and logistical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure the efficient dispatch and delivery of products to customers.
  • Monitor and address any logistical challenges that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery timelines.
  • Manage the payment collection process, ensuring timely and accurate payments from customers.
  • Address any payment-related issues, working closely with customers and internal finance teams to resolve disputes and maintain cash flow.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in LNG, LPG sales within Nigeria.
  • Extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in logistics and dispatch management.
  • Experience in managing payment collections and financial aspects of sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
