Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Lekki - Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work hour: 5 hours per day (hybrid model)
Workdays: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Job Summary

• Gbede Clothing is a luxury fashion retail brand giving bespoke and sophisticated offerings to its numerous clients home and abroad.
• We are seeking a Social and Digital Media executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Achieve corporate marketing goals:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Plan, execute, oversee, and coordinate all digital marketing campaigns including digital, graphics,social media
• Boost enterprise digital footprint and efficiency.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Networking and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Create valuable exposure to potential clients to increase market visibility

Content creation and management:

• Create engaging promotions for digital platforms, social media tailored to Gbede clothing brand.
• Optimise content across various digital and social media platforms.
• Handle digital communications across all our various platforms- website. Social media, emails, newsletters ,search engines, mobile apps, etc

Enhance brand awareness:

• Increase online traffic to the website
• Generate leads
• Convert passive audiences to active customers
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Marketing budget management:

• Manages the marketing budget and ensures cost-effective strategies.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Social Sciences, Management, or related fields.
• Relevant educational or employment experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies( portfolios will be required)
• Experience with marketing analytics and tools.
• Ability to use image, video editing software content creation management systems, social media engagement tools.
• Gender: No gender preference.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
