A Health Insurance company is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fulfillment Officer

Location: Ibadan, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill health insurance applications and renewals.
• Capturing and registration of client information on the database.
• Updating of client information and records on the database.
• Generation and delivery of necessary policy cards and documents to the client.
• Generation of capitation schedules.
• Coordinate the distribution of insurance cards, policy documents, and other materials to clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a fulfillment, logistics, or customer service role, preferably within the insurance or healthcare industry.
• Proximity to Ring road, Ibadan is an added advantage for this role.

Remuneration

• N70,000 - N80,000 gross per month plus additional benefits
