Job Description

• We are looking to fill the position of a Retail Sales Representative who can handle customers and sales at our establishment.
• You will be required to help with selling products, helping customers with their purchases and keeping a check on the stock at the store.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of company's products.
• Provide accurate information [product features, pricing and after sales services].
• Perform competitive analysis, market research and product assessment.
• Manage and maintain sales inventory and ensuring that the store is fully stacked.
• Analyze competitor's products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
• Provide customer's feedback to the store manager.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience.
• Strong analytical, communication skils and computer skills
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Attention to details.
