Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Salon Operations Manager at our upscale salon in Lekki. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing salon operations and a deep understanding of the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring smooth running and exceptional customer service.
• Managing and developing a high-performing salon team.
• Implementing effective operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Inventory management and procurement.
• Financial management and reporting.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications 2 to 3 years experience Proven experience in salon management, preferably in a high-end environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in financial management and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry, with a particular focus on hair care.
• A keen understanding of braiding styles, with specific expertise in Lugo braids.
