Job Title: Senior Warehouse Manager

Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Warehouse Manager with substantial experience in the retail sector.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire coordination of the warehouse team, overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and ensuring that all warehouse operations are efficient and aligned with the company's objectives. A strong background in analysis and the use of Odoo ERP is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
• Coordinate and lead the warehouse team, ensuring that all members are effectively managed and supported.
• Utilize Odoo ERP to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
• Conduct regular analysis of warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage and monitor warehouse budgets, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations to senior management.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in warehouse management, with significant experience in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP and its application in warehouse management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
