Job Description
As a Noiler Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data related to the production, distribution, and performance of Noiler birds.
Your insights will help optimize operations, improve decision-making, and contribute to the success of our farmers and the overall business.
This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection and Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data related to Noiler bird production, sales, farmer performance, and market trends.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving Noiler bird performance and farmer satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in Noiler bird production and distribution.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data by implementing data quality checks and validation processes.
Support: Provide data-driven support to the Farmers Satisfaction team, helping them to address farmer inquiries and challenges effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the agricultural or poultry industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Knowledge of the poultry industry, especially related to Noiler birds, is highly desirable.
