Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Restaurant Marketer to join our team to help us reach new heights.
• We are looking for an innovative Restaurant Marketer who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a deep understanding of marketing trends, and a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our restaurant and its offerings.
• Manage and optimize social media channels, including creating engaging content and responding to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop promotional menus and events.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with local businesses and influencers for cross-promotional opportunities.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Plan and execute community engagement events and partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a marketer, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique marketing ideas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and customer engagement.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
