Job Description

• The E-Commerce Operations Officer ensures that the online store is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content.

Responsibilities

• Receive, confirm and document stock (Sort and organize stock).
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assign SKU numbers to items.
• Regularly arrange and rearrange store displays to ensure a visually appealing and navigable environment.
• Package orders for delivery, and liaise with logistics partners to optimize logistics for timely product delivery while upholding high service standards.
• Monitor all product shipments and progress.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Update the website backend with new products and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND / OND may apply
• Age: 25-35 Years Old
• Male candidates preferred for this role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good record-keeping skills.
• Basic Computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
• A good team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Applicants SHOULD ideally reside within Ago-Okota/Isolo and environs.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
