We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Metacredt Limited is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Support Executiveto join our dynamic team.
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Phone Communication:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing information, taking messages, and handling inquiries.

Email Correspondence:

  • Write, send, and manage emails to customers, clients, and internal team members, ensuring all communications are clear, accurate, and timely.

Customer Support:

  • Receive, document, and respond to customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer

Complaint Management:

  • Maintain a log of all complaints, ensuring that they are properly documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.

Inquiry Handling:

  • Provide information and assistance to customers and clients who have questions about our products and services, directing them to the appropriate department if necessary.

General Office Support:

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
