We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-commerce Store Assistant

Location: Ago Palace Way, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The E-Commerce Assistant co-ordinates end-to-end order fulfilment processes, driving e-commerce sales and manages customer retention and loyalty.

Responsibilities 

• Take high-quality product photos and videos, edit and post them online.
• Research products and post engaging content on social media platforms.
• Schedule content in advance to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media.
• Process orders and respond to customer inquiries via Social Media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programmes over digital platforms.
• Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND / OND may apply
• Age: 20-35 Years Old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• An understanding of the nuances of various social media platforms such a Instagram, Tiktok and X.
• Stay updated with latest social media trends and incorporate them into content creation strategies.
• Must be a good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Good multitasking skills.
• A good sense of humour and ability to create meme-related content.
• Applicants SHOULD ideally reside within Ago-Okota / Isolo and environment.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
