Job Summary
The HubSpot Certified Specialist is responsible for providing strategic guidance, implementation, and ongoing management of HubSpot tools and services.
This role includes working with clients or internal teams to build, execute, and optimize inbound marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer service processes using HubSpot’s CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Implementation: Configure and customize HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, sales pipelines, and customer service tools for clients or internal use.
Inbound Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies, including content creation, SEO, lead generation, email marketing, and social media management.
Sales Enablement: Assist sales teams in optimizing their use of HubSpot, including setting up workflows, lead scoring, and reporting to drive sales efficiency.
Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Client Training & Support: Train clients or team members on how to effectively use HubSpot tools and provide ongoing support for troubleshooting and optimization.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing, sales, and service efforts, using HubSpot’s reporting tools.
HubSpot Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, certifications, and best practices to ensure the organization is leveraging the platform effectively.
CRM Management: Maintain data integrity within HubSpot CRM, including data cleansing, segmentation, and customization of properties and fields.
Qualifications
HubSpot Certification(s): Must have current HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, and HubSpot CMS.
Experience: 3 years of experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Marketing & Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of inbound marketing, content strategy, SEO, email marketing, and sales enablement practices.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot workflows, sequences, reporting, and integration with third-party tools. Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Job Requirements:
Experience with additional digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress, social media platforms).
Project management experience, including leading implementation projects or managing client relationships.
