Job Summary

• The Market Research Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to help inform business decisions.
• This role is crucial in understanding market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of market research techniques, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, market conditions, and potential opportunities for the company.
• Analyze data on consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
• Prepare reports and presentations that summarize research findings and provide actionable insights to management.
• Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends based on research data.
• Gather information on competitors, including pricing, product performance, and market share.
• Develop and implement surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive marketing strategies and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficient in market research techniques, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with research tools such as SPSS, SAS, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
