Job Overview

• The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of marketing principles and a passion for delivering results.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Content Creation: Create compelling content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize content and campaigns for search engines to increase visibility and drive traffic.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
• Event Planning: Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Company's brand presence across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the film industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with content creation and graphic design is a plus.
