Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative research methodologies and approaches
• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery of high-quality research reports
• Use a range of research techniques, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to gather data and obtain valuable consumer insights.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable recommendations to clients
• Present research findings and recommendations to both internal and external individuals or groups with exceptional clarity and impact.
• Stay informed about current industry trends and consistently pursue opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND or equivalent in a related field (e.g., market research, social sciences, statistics)
• Proven track record of successfully conducting and managing quantitative and qualitative research projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a compelling and engaging manner
• Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the highest standards of quality in all research deliverables
• Proficient in both independent and collaborative work within a fast-paced and time-sensitive setting.
• Ambitious and driven, with a passion for research and a desire to exceed client expectations.
