Job Summary

• Finova is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.
• As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing customized solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to market our Software Solutions tocorperatives, fintech, esusu, alajo,pos agregators, mfi, mfb and financials institutions .
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, businesses, and industry partners.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.
• Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and presentations to clients and senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 1 - 3 years experience in business development, sales, or account management within the financial technology (fintech) industry.
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services, including digital banking solutions, payments, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
This Position is commission-based: You earn 10% on every new company you bring on board.
