Job Title: Vice Principal (Administration)

Location: Atosin-idanre, Ondo
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily school operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Manage staff schedules, student attendance, and school records.
• Lead initiatives to enhance school policies and administrative efficiency.
• Coordinate communication between faculty, staff and the wider school community.
• Support the Principal in executing strategic plans and achieving school goals.
• Proven experience in school administration or a similar leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, with at least 2 years in an administrative role.
• Proven experience as a Vice Principal or in a similar leadership role.
• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within an international or British school setting
• Proven track record of improving academic achievement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the British curriculum and its adaptation to the Nigerian context
• Fluency in English and a commitment to fostering a multicultural learning environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for fostering a positive and productive school environment.
• The ideal application must have prior experience working in an international school environment.
