Communicate with the top stakeholders in the organization to analyse business requirements, processes, and information systems, and will also help drive the business in the right direction by improving the products, services, and software with the help of data analytics.

Would have key Internal Relationship with functional business leaders, commercial heads, Super Users and Regional Process Leads, other members of the global and regional IT teams, IT applications project team members.
Key Accountabilities
Identifying the PZ SBU business needs and translating them into technical requirements
Attending relevant business planning/production meetings to support to align needs of business with technical requirement
Solution evaluation: Assessing potential technology solutions to meet business needs as aligned with Business Leaders and other stakeholders.
Project management: Overseeing IT projects from conception to implementation.
Stakeholder communication: Liaising between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
Process improvement: Analyzing and optimizing business processes through technology.
Testing and quality assurance: Ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Training and support: Providing training and support to end-users.
ROI analysis: Evaluating the return on investment (ROI) of IT projects.
Driving digital transformation and process improvement.
Provide deep SAP application knowledge in relevant areas on best practices and troubleshooting techniques to help drive improvements in the solution.
Support the development and governance of the change/release plan to ensure changes are timely and well-managed.
Provide structured input and advice to the Design Authority governance body so ensuring correct decisions are made.
Provide first-line support to Regional Super Users and facilitate the Super User network.
Develop robust relationships with strategic stakeholders.
Applications Software suppliers:
Local Vendors - for the translation of requirements into work packages and for subsequent testing
Application Management Service (AMS) provider - for clarification of requirements, testing and change and release management.
Internal relationships
Africa IT Business Partners - to gather new requirements and identify opportunities to support the business functions
Regional Super Users - to identify problems or opportunity areas and support the deployment of changes
Global Business Solutions Team - identifying and assessing new requirements and providing feedback from the Region
Design Authority - provide advice so ensuring correct decisions are
Requirements
Educated to Bachelor's Degree at least Degree level in an IT-related field.
Proven track record in Business Analysis and/or Business Process Management
Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain, Commercial, Retail, After Market or Finance processes gained through either working in a business environment or through exposure to ERP implementations.
4-5 years’ experience of implementing and supporting SAP systems ideally within retail or an FMCG.
Technical knowledge of relevant SAP ECC 6.0 (PZC utilize SD Sales & Distribution, MM Material Management, PP Production Planning, FICO Financial Accounting & Controlling, AM Asset Management, QM Quality Management, PPM Portfolio & Project Management) modules, SCM 7.0 or BW 7.4.
Experience of working in a matrix organization.
Experience of successfully working in cross functional teams
Experience of initiating and creating business process improvements with IT
