GetGlow, a Fashion Brand, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Creative Designer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing the production process
• Ensuring production is cost effective
• Drawing up a production schedule
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Working out the human and material resources needed
• Develop unique and innovative design conceptsthat align with the client's brand identity and vision and present them to clients for feedback and approval.
• Create sketches, prototypes, or mockups to visualize the design concept before finalizing it.
• Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to lines and create new concepts
• Drafting a timescale for the job
• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
• Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes
• Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
• Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers

Job Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in design or fine arts or related field
• Proven work experience as a Creative Designer or similar role
• Relevant training and / or certifications as a Creative Designer.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator
• Must be very creative and have a portfolio
• Excellent design and conceptual skills.
