Job Description

• The role involves developing marketing plans, overseeing campaign execution, and analyzing performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives and enhance brand presence.
• Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
• Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Content Creation:
  • Oversee content creation for various platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and engages target audiences.
• Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Brand Management:
  • Maintain and enhance brand identity and consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Vendor Coordination:
  • Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and manage relationships.
• Event Planning:
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
