Job Title: Account Administrator

Job Description
An Account Administrator manages and supports customer accounts, ensuring smooth processing of transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service. This role involves coordinating between clients and internal teams, resolving issues, and supporting account-related functions.
Responsibilities
Account Management: Oversee day-to-day account operations, including setup, maintenance, and closure of accounts.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries, addressing client questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, transactions, and communications in CRM systems.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to account activity, performance metrics, and client feedback.
Billing & Invoicing: Process invoices, manage billing issues, and ensure timely payment collection.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve account-related issues or discrepancies, working closely with other departments as needed.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in account management processes.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain account documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
Coordination: Work with sales, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any cross-functional issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
Experience: Previous experience in account management, administration, or customer service is highly desirable.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Account Manager) can be an advantage but are not always required.
Female Preferrably between 22 to 28 years
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage and review data accurately, ensuring precision in record-keeping and reporting.
Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve issues efficiently.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, accounting software, and other relevant tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate across departments.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle various challenges in a dynamic work environment.
