Description

• Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Director to oversee and enhance the school's sports programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the sports academy's strategic plan and vision
• Lead and manage a team of coaches, trainers, and support staff
• Oversee the development and delivery of sports programs (curriculum and extracurricular)
• Foster a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and teamwork
• Manage budgets, resources, and facilities
• Build relationships with external partners, clubs, and governing bodies
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and safety standards
• Monitor and evaluate program performance and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Education, or a related field
• Proven experience in sports management, coaching, or education
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and external partners
• Knowledge of sports development, coaching methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation
