The Female Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and handling administrative tasks while also contributing to the company’s graphic design needs.
This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create visual content for marketing materials, social media, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees by greeting them professionally and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage the reception email inbox.
Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing mail, and maintaining the reception area.
Assist with office coordination tasks, including ordering supplies and arranging meetings or appointments.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing visitor inquiries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist with managing visitor logs and ensuring adherence to security protocols for incoming guests.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and seamless visitor experiences.
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and social media content.
Assist the marketing team in developing and executing branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
Design internal communications materials such as newsletters, email templates, and presentations.
Manage and update the company’s digital assets, including logos, images, and graphic templates.
Social Media & Digital Content:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics and visual content for social media platforms.
Support in managing the company’s online presence by creating visually appealing posts, infographics, and banners.
Assist in maintaining the visual identity of the company’s website and other digital platforms.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, such as preparing documents, organizing files, and assisting with event planning.
Manage internal communications, including distributing memos, announcements, and newsletters.
Support HR and marketing initiatives by designing visual content for employee engagement activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Certification in graphic design or relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
Experience:
2 years of experience in front desk operations or customer service roles, preferably with graphic design responsibilities.
Proven experience in graphic design, including a strong portfolio showcasing work across various mediums (digital, print, etc.).
