We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Female)

Location: Oke-Bola, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing sales for the company.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify target markets, analyze competitor activities, and identify trends.
• Create engaging content, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the company's website and online presence.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and close deals.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 3 - 5 years work experience. 
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the home decor or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary
Salary: N100,000 - N200,000 per month (Commensurate with experience level)
