Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to join our team in the FMCG/QSR sector.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
The Senior HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Oversee the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent in the FMCG/QSR industry.
Enhance talent management practices, including succession planning, performance management, and career development.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns effectively.
Compliance & Policy Development:
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Prepare and present reports on HR activities, trends, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Change Management:
Lead HR efforts during organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
Support employees through transitions and ensure effective communication throughout the process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of HR experience in the FMCG or QSR industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
Proven track record in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations specific to the FMCG/QSR industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
