Job Summary

• As our Machine Operator, you'll join our skilled production team.
• Leveraging your technical expertise and paying attention to detail.
• You'll operate and maintain cable extruder and wire drawing machines, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate cable extruder and wire drawing machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal output and quality.
• Conduct regular checks on machine settings and product quality during production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent machine breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for major repairs and upgrades.
• Adhere to safety standards and report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
• Maintain accurate production logs and machine operation records.

Job Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience operating cable extruders and wire drawing machines in a manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and operating manuals.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
