Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support the operations of both Ike Uke Foundation and CTB Auto Limited.
• The ideal candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks, assist in project coordination, and ensure seamless communication between the two organizations. This role demands a high level of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Administrative Support:

• Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive team.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
• Organise and maintain digital filing systems and databases.
• Conduct research and compile data as needed.

Project Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects for both organisations.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the executive team.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and participant communication.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project deadlines.

Communication:

• Serve as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft and distribute communications, including newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
• Maintain and update websites and social media platforms.

Support for Ike Uke Foundation:

• Assist in the development and implementation of programs aimed at social development and drug eradication.
• Coordinate with partners, donors, and volunteers to support the foundation's initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs and prepare reports.

Support for CTB Auto Limited:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide information on available vehicles.
• Assist in sales documentation and follow-up with clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vehicles and coordinate with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience in non-profit organizations and/or the automotive industry is a plus.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 per month.
