Job Summary

• The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring that they receive exceptional service throughout their stay.
• Their ability to address guest needs, resolve issues, and provide personalized service will be critical to building our reputation and driving guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Manage guest reservations, including changes, cancellations, and special requests, to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the serviced apartments, local attractions, and services available to assist guests effectively.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and ensure their comfort.
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking appropriate action to address any concerns and improve service quality.
• Assist in handling billing inquiries and processing payments.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times, representing the company’s brand and values.
• Keep accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and service requests.
• Experience with social media and airbnb are an added advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management software.
• A customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
