Job Description

• The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for our customers.
• This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and an interest in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the garage.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Schedule and manage appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information about services, and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
• Prepare estimate and invoices, issue all documents related to to job
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Coordinate with techniciansand service advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of automotive services and repairs (preferred but not required).
