We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Real Estate Sales and Marketing Representative
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote properties, utilizing both online and offline channels to generate leads and increase visibility.
Manage Digital Marketing and Advertising: Oversee the company's digital presence, including websites, social media, and online advertising, ensuring a consistent and effective message that attracts potential buyers.
Create and Distribute Marketing Materials: Design and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and virtual tours that effectively showcase property features and benefits.
Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and provide clients with valuable market insights.
Organize and Host Open Houses and Events: Plan, promote, and conduct open houses, property tours, and other events to engage potential buyers and showcase properties in the best light.
Generate and Qualify Leads: Identify and engage potential buyers through various channels, qualify leads, and follow up to convert them into sales opportunities.
Negotiate and Close Sales Agreements: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and successful transactions, and guide clients through the purchasing process.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, providing excellent service, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the buying or selling process.
Collaborate with Legal and Financial Teams: Coordinate with attorneys, loan officers, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely transactions, handling all necessary legal and financial paperwork.
Track and Report Performance Metrics: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts, using analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate may be required, depending on local regulations.
Experience:
3 - 10 years work experience.
Proven experience in real estate marketing and sales.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
Sales Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Marketing Expertise:
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including experience with social media, content creation, and online advertising.
Ability to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present information clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.
