Job Title: Social Media and Communication Assistant

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media and Communication Assistant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and supporting our communication efforts to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by creating, scheduling, and publishing content.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
• Create visually appealing and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Assist in drafting and distributing communication materials such as newsletters, press releases, and blog posts.
• Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Assist with organizing and promoting events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of cognate experience in managing social media platforms and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
• Strong passion for technology education.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
