Job Description

• We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Programs Intern to assist our team in planning, organizing, and executing various programs and initiatives.
• This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, event coordination, and project planning within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• To assist in the execution of third-party projects in collaboration with Development Partners.
• To assist in ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, meeting or exceeding partner expectations especially as measured through beneficiary and Partner Surveys.
• To assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with Development Partners.
• To assist in the designing, planning, and implementation of internal programs/interventions aligned with the goals of 8thGear Hub & Venture Studio.
• To assist with engaging with the 8thGear Collective, internal teams, and external collaborators to drive participation and ensure the success of programs.
• To assist in analyzing data and feedback to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs, making data-driven improvements.
• Help maintain and update program documentation, schedules, and databases.
• Communicate with program participants, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Conduct research and gather data to support program planning and evaluation.
• Provide general administrative support to the programs team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate or a serving corps member.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Doc, Sheets, Slide).
