Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated contract staff to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Automate, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365 productivity apps and tools.
• The role involves optimizing and automating business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Create custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps to meet specific business needs.
• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics to meet the specific needs of the company.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other Microsoft 365 applications and tools.
• Provide support and training to staff on the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 productivity apps.
• Assist in the migration and integration of data between systems as needed.
• Create and manage detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 productivity apps and tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Planner, Loop, Stream).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Business Premium license features and capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Microsoft
