We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facilities Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and support of residential and commercial buildings, grounds and facilities system including WTP and STP.
• Assign work and monitor its performance within shifts or sites to assure that all contract requirements are met; that all policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all objectives are met.
• Supervise quality control functions which require regular written on-site inspections conducted with employees, clients and/or vendors.
• Oversee and manage Site Coordinators' activities
• Maintain efficient and smooth operations at all sites.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in calculations.
• Must have time and project management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Experience in managing residential apartments
• Must have technical knowledge of facilities and must be IT savvy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management/Estate Management/ Social Sciences/ Structural Engineering from a reputable institution.
• Masters’ degree in related field will be an added advantage.
• Relevant professional qualifications like PMP, QAQC, HSE etc. will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 6years industry knowledge is strongly desired.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
