Job Description

• As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the designated region for our dishwashing liquids and hand wash products.
• You will lead a team of sales representatives to develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieve sales targets.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within multinational companies, and a deep understanding of the consumer goods market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for dishwashing liquids and hand wash products.
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to ensure a high-performing sales force.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate team performance, gather market intelligence, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to sales team members regarding product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, specifically with dishwashing liquids and hand wash products.
• Experience working with multinational companies preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
• Ability to travel as required within the region.
