Job Title: Experienced Female Estate Manager

Location: Victoria Garden City, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our property portfolio, ensuring optimal occupancy rates, and maximizing property value.
• The role requires a proactive leader with a strong understanding of the real estate market, you must reside particularly within the Ajah prefarably or Lekki Phase1

Key Responsibilities

• Property Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and property inspections.
• Leasing:Manage property listings.
• Financial Management:Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure timely collection of rents and fees.
• Client Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Market Analysis:Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities. Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights.
• Compliance:Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and legal requirements. Handle property documentation and contracts in accordance with company policies.
• Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of junior estate managers and support staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a female candidate.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ajah or Lekki Phase 1
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in property management.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Ajah or Lekki Phase 1
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
