Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Description
Own and execute complete employee onboarding - Documentation, Induction, system access, team and company orientation sessions, periodic check-in meetings
Initiate pre-employment checks and background verification per the company’s hiring policy
Work in close coordination with the unit head to ensure onboarding documentation is completed as per the company’s employment SLA
Work with different teams to achieve excellence: work with the Legal and HR heads to draft employment contracts and ensure compliance and accuracy
Create and communicate organizational policies and processes effectively to ensure compliance across the company.
Payroll administration, Leave administration, and benefits & compensation management
HR Department Budget forecasting, capitalization and reporting on department spends
Manage HRMS and other process-related software and keep the employee information updated at all times
Create and maintain employees' social tracker and manage its associated activities; employee important dates and special occasions on the staff social calendar such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. as per the company policy.
Plan and execute regular engagement activities. Manage engagement events on special occasions such as festivals and offsite/outdoors.
Maintain trackers for all HR processes and perform necessary analytics to keep a check on processes.
Manage HR audits in coordination with external parties and ensure compliance.
Address and resolve employees’ queries and concerns per the company’s operating practices
Manage employee off-boarding process and ensure a smooth separation experience
Manage gift/hamper/reward distribution to employees, partners, clients, and customers as per the organization’s policies
Manage vendor discussions; (service procurement, onboarding, off-boarding), vendor contracts, purchase order creation, requisition, distribution, and sign-off according to the agreed SLA.
Work in close coordination with the head of HR for invoicing and approvals.
Coordinate with the accounts team for on-time payment for vendors and other expenses.
Ideate and execute L&D programs and coordinate with SMEs for regular training sessions
Work in close coordination with the unit heads for employees’ performance appraisals on KPIs / KPAs. Support in executing performance reviews as per the company’s policy
Come up with ideas to continuously improve HR processes and practices
Plan and coordinate relevant stakeholder meetings within the company
Attend management meetings and strategic planning meetings on behalf of the department
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct safety audits, and promote a culture of safety within the company.
Budget Management: Monitor and control department costs to stay within budget constraints, with a focus on cost optimization.
Weekly, and monthly HR department activities reporting and presentation; prepare and present regular reports, status updates, and performance metrics to the company's leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to telecommunications infrastructure deployment, ensuring company project activities are compliant.
Problem-solving and decision-making with a sound judgment approach for conflict management and disciplinary actions.
Knowledge of industry best practice and knowledge from a Tech company will be an added advantage
