Sales Force Consulting - Our client is a beverage production company majoring in wines, spirits and table water in Nkwelle, the outskirts of Onitsha.

Due to expansion and diversification of their business model, they are recruiting a  self-motivated and experienced candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) / Compliance Officer

Location: Onitsha, Anambra

Job Description

• Develop the recruitment and selection procedures to include, appointment /confirmation /termination /resignation process.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation and all on-boarding activities
• Ensure compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable job requirements.
• Maintaining historical HR records through a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Review, amend and draft job descriptions and qualifications required for job positions.
• Encourage and develop employee communications and provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job function, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Ensure proper management of staff resources and maintenance of occupational health safety.
• Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate match amongst personnel
• Advise staff on all HR policy matters and recommend needed changes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc / BA Degrees.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be a passionate about HR and Peoples Management
• Candidate must have worked or is currently working in a reputable company as Human Resources Officer
• A minimum of 5 years HR work experience in a smillar position.
• Knowledge of Control and Compliance is an advantage.

• They must be conversant with all HR conventions and the Labor Act.
