Job Summary
Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing every aspect of company projects including the planning, execution, monitoring, and implementation of the company’s construction policy document, and quality control measures and also to ensure that timeframe-based targets and construction budgets are met.
Responsibilities
Shall oversee the activities of our project engineers on all our on-going projects.
Plan, coordinated, and managed construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to expected quality control measures, project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials usage by site engineers on the construction site to ensure compliance with project requirements and minimize wastage.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and to ensure cost-effective resource utilization and quality of work.
Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and risk assessments.
Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Conduct regular project meetings to communicate project status, address concerns, and ensure effective collaboration.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Prepare comprehensive project reports and for presentations to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in project management within the real estate and property construction industry.
Minimum BSc in Civil Engineering with practical field experience with results to show.
Proficiency in using Excel office tools for data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders.
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
Experience in auditing materials usage by site engineers to ensure compliance and minimize wastage. Age requirement: 45-55 years.
Possessions of professional certifications like COREN, NSE, or similar is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
